1. Who We Are
24/7 Emergency Plumber Austin (the "Service") connects customers in Austin, Texas and surrounding cities with licensed plumbing providers. Service is dispatched from 1000 Congress Avenue, Austin, TX 78701, United States. By requesting service from this website or by phone you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
We provide emergency and scheduled residential and commercial plumbing services including drain cleaning, water heater repair and installation, leak detection, sewer line repair, slab leak repair, gas line repair, toilet and faucet repair, and related work. All work is performed by licensed and insured plumbers.
3. Quotes & Pricing
- Prices shown on the site are starting estimates - the final price is set on-site after the plumber inspects the actual problem.
- Any price changes from the initial estimate are disclosed and authorized by you before work begins.
- Emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls may carry a service-call fee, which is disclosed before dispatch.
- Parts and specialized materials are billed in addition to labor at fair-market prices.
4. Booking, Arrival & Cancellation
- Bookings are confirmed by phone, WhatsApp, or web form.
- Emergency calls receive a target arrival window of 30 to 90 minutes depending on time of day and traffic.
- You may cancel at no cost any time before the plumber departs to your address.
- If the plumber has already arrived on site, a trip-charge applies.
5. Workmanship Warranty
Labor on completed jobs is warrantied for ninety (90) days from the date of service against defects in workmanship. Parts and fixtures are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Misuse, accidents, freezing damage, modifications by third parties, and acts of nature are excluded.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at contact@plumberaustin.tx24h.com or (512) 943-7070 within the warranty period.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other terms are agreed in advance in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and standard digital payment methods. Past-due balances may be reported to collections and may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Texas law.
7. Liability
We carry general liability insurance and are licensed to perform plumbing work in Texas. Our liability for any single job is limited to the amount paid for that job, except where Texas law requires otherwise. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost rental income, or property damage caused by pre-existing defects unrelated to our work.
8. Property Access & Safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, including disclosure of known hazards (asbestos, lead paint, structural issues, pets, sharp objects). If conditions on-site are unsafe, the plumber may refuse or pause the work until the hazard is resolved.
9. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas. Before filing suit, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by email or phone for at least 30 days.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
